How this site handles inquiry submissions and contact requests.

Information submitted
When you submit a form, we store your company or project name, email or WeChat contact, device type and RTC request. We also store any optional device OS, scale or timeline you provide, plus landing page, page language, broad source category and submission time.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to RTC requests, clarify project needs and follow up. Submissions are saved in a restricted inquiry store. When email notifications are configured, they go only to authorized staff; a notification failure does not discard the inquiry.
Retention and security
Inquiries follow a 180-day retention period. The server removes expired entries when processing a new inquiry. The data directory is not public; access and backups are restricted.
